Steven has spent the month installing the electrical. We are working with Julie, a licensed electrician. Steven’s work impressed her. She forgot to tell him about a change in the code and he will have to pull new 14-4 wire to the three fan/lights and to the switch at the bottom of the stairs. She liked the way he did the electrical sub panel. We tested the circuits and they all passed.
