North Deck and Stairway

Posts were set into cement, then framing added and painted. The materials used were left over materials from the rehab.

Steven cut the hole in the decking for the posts to fit through. The decking was rescued when a neighbor replaced his decking. The back side was used and sanded.

Railing added – spindles will be added in spring
Lattice added and covering for winter protection
