Hickory hallway flooring
We found 3/4″ hickory flooring at the ReStore for the hallway.
Window Trim Finished
The trim was designed to give an old-fashioned early 1900s look.
Drywall in alcove

Appliances in water closet
Tub Room
The towel warmer radiator was installed in the tub room on the second floor.
Drywall on first floor
We hired the installation of drywall and mudding for the first floor.
Bathroom medicine chest
We had an Art Deco medicine chest that we installed into the drywall installation of the first floor bathroom. The sink and cabinet were purchased at the ReStore.
Sanding the dining and bedroom alcoves
We renting a small edge sander, Steven sanded the dining room area for the breakfront alcove and closets and the bedroom alcove and closets. We can then build the 2 x 4 walls.
