Steven had his right hip replacement and was elated.

We are taking a break from working on the house. We are needing to heal from our surgeries. We did treat ourselves to a lovely 5 course dinner at the Como Conservatory.

I had a right hip replacement on December 17. I had waited a year for it and was happy it was over.

Our insulation inspection gave things to fix. We needed to seal the edges of the plastic with foam for a better seal.

We passed inspection.

The snow from the roofs slid off in a dramatic curve.

The door for the middle sitting room has new stain – dark for the hallway side and light for the sitting room side.

The inner edges were painted to add style and for ease of method.

There was blown in insulation in the downstairs from before. Areas that were empty had insulation filled and plastic added.

All the insulation was removed from the kitchen to facilitate the electrical work so new insulation was added.

Steven and Julie, our electrician are doing a final check and adjustment before the electrical inspection. Steven did all the work and Julie pulled the permit and oversaw the work.
